Our Gift Cards are sent via email as an e-voucher only, they are not a physical item.
Gift Cards are valid for 2 years.
Returns and Refunds
Gift Cards cannot be returned for a refund.
Gift Cards are treated as cash, therefore we will not be able to replace/refund if lost or stolen.
Gift Cards expire after 24 months from the date of purchase and the balance of the card cannot be redeemed once expired.
No change or refunds will be given if you don't use the full amount of your purchase, however any balance remaining may be applied on future purchases as long as the Gift Card is still valid.
