SHIRT PRINTING FAQs
You have two options:
- Find the bib or jersey you'd like to buy and add shirt printing to it before adding it to your cart.
- Send us your EMEKS tops and we'll do the printing for you. View the product here: Shirt Printing - Send us your EMEKS Kit
Standard Name and Number printing is £25.
There is an additional charge for adding logos.
- 1-2 logos: + £3
- 3-5 logos: +£6
- 6-10 logos: +£10
Maximum of 10 logos allowed.
We'll send you a design proof and if you're not happy, you're able to request changes for free. After we send you the next design proof, if you'd like to make more changes, there is an additional fee of £9.99.
You can upload your logos on the Shirt Printing form, once you've selected how many you'd like to add.
Your logo files should ideally be in vector format as a .pdf or .ai. Other formats will be accepted but please note, low quality images will result in a low quality print. If you're unsure, contact your sponsor who should be able to send you a vector .pdf or .ai file.
Yes, we've got a number of different font options to choose from for both the Name and Number on the shirt.
We will endeavour to send you a digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Once approved, we will aim to have the shirt print complete and on it's way to you in 24hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once you receive the digital proof, you are welcome to make the first round of changes for free. After you receive the next digital proof, if you'd still like to make further changes, there is an additional fee of £9.99.
Once you have approved the digital proof for printing, we are no longer able to accept changes.
Yes, you just need to place an order of "Shirt Printing - Send us your EMEKS Kit". Once ordered, we'll send all the details you'll need in an email.
No, we do not accept other brands for printing.
We are currently only offering printing on our Bibs and Jerseys.
Your design will be printed on to HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and applied to your shirt. This is not sublimation printing.
It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling, wording, names, numbers etc are correct. We'll send you a digital proof before we start printing, it's important that you check this carefully before approving. We won't start printing until you've approved the digital proof. If you approve the print with a mistake, we cannot make changes or accept returns/exchanges for errors approved by you.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't already been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.
Yes, we will send you a digital proof for you to approve. We will only start printing once you've approved it.
Once an order has been printed, we cannot change or cancel the order. However, if you place an order and want to make a change quickly, please contact us and we will jump on it right away.
No, items which have been printed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you're unsure on sizing, we recommend you buy the bib/jersey separately first, once you're happy with the size, get in touch and we can send you a free shipping label to send it back to us for printing.
